Due to personal matters, eng. Jörn Reimers decided to renounce the functions of Executive Director of Volkswagen Autoeuropa.

 

Eng. Andreas Hinrichs that since the 1st of March of 2006 had the functions of General Manufacturer Manager in Palmela's plant will be the successor with immediate effects.

 

Under the management of eng. Andreas Hinrichs, Volkswagen Autoeuropa will proceed with the investments programmed in order to launch the Scirocco - recently presented with great success in Geneva Motor Show - and to prepare the plant for the production of other models for Volkswagen Group.
